Who We Are & What We Do

Mission and Vision

Scottdale Pride Community strives to provide a safe and inclusive environment for the LGBTQIA+ community in Westmoreland and surrounding counties by educating the community at large, celebrating by hosting events, and advocating for equal rights.

We want to bring visibility to a rural region with little representation as well as educate the greater Southwest Pennsylvania community about these various identities. Additionally, we want to build a network of other pride organizers in our area to collaborate on building a strong foundation for the LGBTQIA+ community.
