Who We Are & What We Do

The Scottdale Pride Committee is organized exclusively to advocate for and celebrate the various identities represented in the LGBTQIA+ community in rural Southwestern Pennsylvania.

Mission

We are hosts of the annual Scottdale Pride events. We cooperate with nonprofits, local vendors, small businesses, educational advocates, and live entertainment to provide the best experience for the LGBTQIA+ community and allies.

Vision

We want to bring visibility to a rural region with little representation as well as educate the greater Southwest Pennsylvania community about these various identities. Additionally, we want to build a network of other pride organizers in our area to collaborate on building a strong foundation for the LGBTQIA+ community.
